On a dead body behind the multiple gravestones west of the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace in the Liurnia of the Lakes region.
Conspectus Scroll
Unlocks:
• Glintstone Cometshard
• Star Shower
Elden Ring - Conspectus Scroll Location
On a dead body inside the room on the left from the Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace inside the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
Royal House Scroll
Unlocks:
• Glintblade Phalanx
• Carian Slicer
Elden Ring - Royal House Scroll Location
On a dead body lying on top of a ruined building east of the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace in Limgrave.

How to Use Scrolls

Give to NPCs to Unlock New Sorceries

Sorceress Sellen

Give the scrolls to either Sorceress Sellen, Miriel, Pastor of Vows, or Preceptor Seluvis to unlock new sorceries bought from their shop. You can give the scroll to any of the three but it will only unlock the spells for that NPC.
