Where to Find Godskin Noble

Volcano Manor

Godskin Noble can be found at the Temple of Eiglay, in Volcano Manor. You'll obtain the Godskin Stitcher weapon and the Noble Presence incantation from this fight.

Divine Tower of Liurnia

Godskin Noble can be found on the bridge going to the Divine Tower of Liurnia. This is accessible by progressing through Ranni the Witch's questline. You'll obtain the Godskin Armor Set from this fight.

Spiritcaller's Cave

Use quick-release spells

Godskin Noble's speed means you should prioritize quick-release spells so that you don't get easily punished. Glintstone Icecrag and Adula's Moonblade will be particularly effective since they deal Frost damage, which is a weakness of this boss.

Let your Spirit Ash distract Godskin Noble

It can be difficult to fight this boss using ranged weapons since he can overwhelm you with fast attacks. Use summons such as Black Knife Tiche or Banished Knight Oleg to tank damage while you attack from a distance.

Use charged spells when you find openings

Godskin Noble has two moves that give you enough time to charge up a spell. The first will be his Black Flame Barrier since he'll be stationary for some time. The second will be his Godskin Ball but only when you avoid it. You can get him stuck rolling into a pillar, giving you the perfect chance to use a spell.

Great spells to use would be Comet Azur and Meteorite.

Godskin Noble will constantly be looking to attack you so don't get greedy during this fight. It'll be safer and more effective to just wait out his combos before attacking him. He'll take a few seconds to recover after a moveset, which will be ample time to get some hits in.

Exploit Godskin Noble's weaknesses

Take advantage of Godskin Noble's weapon type weaknesses to make the boss fight easier. He is particularly susceptible to Bleed since this Status Effect will build up quickly and take out chunks of his health.

You can also coat your weapon in Blood Grease or Freezing Grease if you don't have the aforementioned weapon types.

Godskin Noble Attack Patterns

Melee Attacks

Melee Attack Variations
Belly Shove: Godskin Noble slams his belly into you. This breaks poise easily and can stagger you.
Body Slam: Godskin Noble enlarges his body, then jumps straight up before doing an AoE slam. If you're near him when he does this move, you may have to dodge twice to get out of the attack range.
Rapid Rapier: Godskin Noble rapidly thrusts his rapier multiple times. Time your dodges to when he takes a brief time to recover in between attacks.
Hilt Slam: Godskin Noble slams the hilt of his rapier to the ground. He takes a step before this move so you'll have time to dodge to the side.
Rapier Triple Thrust: Godskin Noble does two quick thrusts then does a heavy lunge attack. You can block the first two hits, but be prepared to dodge to the side for the final lunge.
Godskin Ball: Godskin Noble increases in size then rolls around the boss area trying to hit you. This is telegraphed by a light-up animation before he rolls. Use structures such as pillars as cover from getting hit since it's difficult to outrun this attack.

Black Flame Attacks

Black Flame Barrier: Godskin Noble creates a circle of flames that surround him. Back away when the cast animation for this starts.
Black Fireball: Godskin Noble launches fireballs at you from a distance. Roll to the side or diagonally to avoid these.
Black Flame Explosion: Once you bring Godskin Noble to around 60% health, he'll charge up an AoE explosion. You'll have ample time to back away.
