You can find Castle Ensis on the north east part of Gravesite Plain. In order to reach the castle, you have to travel past the Scorched Ruins and through Ellac Greatbridge to find the entrance.

| 1 |  From the Castle Front site of grace, cross the bridge and take the stairs on the left past the Giant Troll Knight. |
| 2 |  Once you are up the stairs, you can take a left to acquire the Milady at the top of the tower. Beware of enemies on both sides. Head back and take the right path through the cave to progress further. |
| 3 |  Through the cave, take the Loyal Knight's Cookbook 4 inside the building to the left. Head back out and beware of the Lesser Black Knight patrolling the way up. Once its been taken care of, take a left at the top just before the closed gate to find the Castle Ensis Checkpoint site of grace and a Scadutree Fragment beside it. |
| 4 |  From Castle Ensis Checkpoint site of grace, head for the small pathway beside the closed gate and drop down into the hole. There is a Starlight Shard on the path to the right but, take the left one to progress further and climb the ladder by the waterfall. |
| 5 |  Defeat the 2 enemies inside the room and enter the path to the left. Push the lever inside the room in front to open the closed gate, giving you a shortcut back to Castle Ensis Checkpoint. Head back out and take the bridge to progress further. |
| 6 |  Follow the winding path up and into some stairs. Beware of the nearby enemy Pages and kill them first before going up the stairs. Defeat the NPC Moonrithyll, Carian Knight so he can drop the Moonrithyll's Knight Sword. Take the path to the right and you will find a Wolf Crest Shield inside the room. Head back and enter the building Moonrithyll was guarding to find Rellana's Cameo at the end. |
| 7 |  After acquiring the Talisman, take the left path and head up the stairs at the end of the hall. Open the gate and immediately drop down on the left side to find a Dewgem x3 by the edge of the cliff. Climb the two ladders and kill the Page and Noble Sorcerer by the roof. Drop down by the roof to the right to find the Glintblade Trio sorcery on a corpse hanging by the edge. Head back to the gate you opened and progress further. |
| 8 |  Past the gate you opened, take a left and follow the path forward. Go up the stairs and enter the tower room to your left to find the Imbued Sword Key. Head back out past the Black Knight and take the elevator up to find the Castle Lord's Chamber site of grace. |
| 8.5 |  From the Castle Lord's Chamber, head out the balcony towards the east and jump down the ledge on your right. Enter the nearby tower and climb to the top to find the Ash of War Wing Stance. |
| 9 |  Defeat Rellana, Twin Moon Knight. You can summon Needle Knight Leda for this boss fight as long as you have not made story progress after Castle Ensis. |

Rellana, Twin Moon Knight is a Remembrance boss and is required to progress through Castle Ensis. Defeat her to obtain the Remembrance of the Twin Moon Knight and acquire either Rellana's Twinblades or the Twin Moon sorcery.
