Prepare Staunching Boluses to prevent Bleed build-up

Eleonora can cause Bleed to build up fairly quickly due to the speed of her attacks and her ability to chain combos. Make sure you have Stanching Boluses ready to prevent it from building up.

You can also equip the Mottled Necklace to boost your Bleed resistance.

Punish Eleonora's heal

Once you've brought Eleonora's health down to around half, she'll use a flask to partly replenish it. Make sure to attack her multiple times to reduce its effectiveness. You can also stop her from healing entirely by using Albinauric Pots.

Punish Eleonora's Rotten Breath

Make sure to attack Eleonora before she uses Rotten Breath. This knocks her down and gives you an opening for more attacks. The ability's cast animation is fairly slow so you should have no problem avoiding it.

You can easily inflict Eleonora with Status Effects

Prioritize using Status Effect weapons, namely Bleed, Frost Scarlet Rot, and Poison, to deal the most possible damage. Eleonora has low resistance to these so you can build them up quickly.

If you don't have these weapon types, you can also use Blood Grease, Freezing Grease, Rot Grease, or Poison Grease as alternatives.
