This is the entire map of Rauh Ruins, which is is found to the top left of the map and can be accessed via the Scadu Altus region, either through Shadow Keep or taking the low path under tunnels from Moorth Ruins site of grace.

Rauh Ruins Map Fragment

Take Tunnels North of Moorth Ruins

In order to reveal the top left section of the map, you must obtain the Rauh Ruins map fragment found by passing through tunnels north of Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus.

How to Find Top Left Map Fragment

1. Find the Moorth Ruins site of grace just east of exiting Castle Ensis. Head northeast to a pond full of blue worms. Enter the cave with the Marika statue and exit the other end.
2. Upon exiting the cave, stick to the left wall and enter another cave full of giant bird enemies. Exit the other end to find the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace.
3. From the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace, head west past the giant colossus enemies. Before the entrance to Temple Town Ruins, the Rauh Ruins map fragment will be on a stele by the main road.

Rauh Ruins Scadutree Fragment Locations

There are five Scadutree Fragments that you can obtain in Rauh Ruins.

All Scadutree Fragments
1		Dropped by a Jar Shadow mob in the underground ruins of Ancient Ruins of Rauh. Keep in mind that these enemies will despawn after a few seconds.
2		Found next to the Rauh Ancient Ruins, East site of grace.
3		Dropped by a Golden Hippo. From the Viaduct Minor Tower, go down the stairs and turn left then down the lift. Continue on the path then pass through the square hole on the wall.
4		Found next to the Rauh Ancient Ruins, East site of grace.
5		Found on a corpse hanging on a ledge on top of the Temple Town Ruins.

Rauh Ruins Revered Spirit Ash Locations

There are 4 Revered Spirit Ashes you can obtain in Rauh Ruins.

All Revered Spirit Ashes
1		Drops when killing an enemy holding a sparkling pot. Nearest grace is the Viaduct Minor Tower grace in Rauh Ruins. Keep in mind that these enemies will despawn after a few seconds.
2		Drops when killing an enemy holding a sparkling pot. Located after taking the lift with the spider scorpion nearby. Keep in mind that these enemies will despawn after a few seconds.
3		In a pavilion near Rauh Ancient Ruins, West grace.
4		South of the Temple Town Ruins by the edge of the cliff. Start from Ancient Ruins Base site of grace and work your way down to the river.

Crucible Knight Devonia	Rec. Lvl.: 160+ Location: Rauh Ancient Ruins, East Where to Find: A mini-boss found close northwest of the Rauh Ancient Ruins, East site of grace, after exiting the eastern underground ruins section.
Death Knight (Scorpion River Catacombs)	Rec. Lvl.: 160+ Location: Scorpion River Catacombs Where to Find: Optional boss at the end of Scorpion River Catacombs in Rauh Base. You can reach the catacombs by heading west from the Ancient Ruins Base site of grace then turn right on the narrow path and follow the river.
Divine Beast Dancing Lion (Rauh Ruins)	Rec. Lvl.: 160+ Location: Ancient Ruins, Grand Stairway Where to Find: Optional Boss northeast of the Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace.
