Use your horse to easily avoid attacks

Many of the Full-Grown Fallingstar Beast's attacks have large AoEs, which can be difficult to evade when on foot. Take advantage of the open boss area by using your horse to swiftly avoid the range of the attacks. This is also a good method to help ranged users reposition in case the Beast gets nearer.

The Full-Grown Fallingstar Beast's weak spots are its head and back

The boss' chest and legs have increased damage resistance, particularly against physical attacks. Try focusing on its head and back instead to deal the maximum possible damage. Be careful, however, since you'll have to stay in front of the boss to hit its weak spots.

Use Elemental weapons and attacks to deal more damage

Avoid using Status Effect or purely physical damage weapons since the Full-Grown Fallingstar Beast is resistant or even immune to these damage types. Instead, prioritize elemental weapons since the boss takes additional damage from these. Elemental weapons would be the Fire, Holy, Lightning, and Magic types.

If you don't have any of the aforementioned weapon types, you can coat your weapon in Fire Grease, Magic Grease, or Lightning Grease instead. You can also throw Holy Water Pots at the boss to inflict Holy damage.
