If you've spoken to Hyetta at the Bellum Church, she'll have asked you to get her a Fingerprint Grape, which you get from defeating Festering Fingerprint Vyke. If you want to progress her storyline, you'll need to defeat Festering Fingerprint Vyke.

Where to Find
Festering Fingerprint Vyke can be found at the Church of Inhibition in northeastern Liurnia of the Lakes. He will appear in front of the church ruins as you approach them if you linger too long, so run inside to save at the Church of Inhibition Site of Grace first.
Festering Fingerprint Vyke Not Spawning
If you go to the Church of Inhibition, there is a chance that Festering Fingerprint Vyke still won't invade. There are several reports that defeating all of the bosses in Liurnia of the Lakes before going to the Church of Inhibition may cause Festering Fingerprint Vyke to not appear. While the precise cause of this hasn't been confirmed yet, if you're hoping to complete Hyetta's questline, head to the Church of Inhibition before defeating the other bosses in Liurnia of the Lakes to be safe.

Stick to medium or long-range spells
Although Vyke's Flame of Frenzy and Frenzied Burst spells can hit you from a decent range, they are easier to predict than his spear attacks, keep your distance and use your own Frenzied Burst or Lightning Spear.
Use fast-casting spells when the boss is preparing to cast Frenzied Burst
Try to hit Festering Fingerprint Vyke with Glintstone Stars when he's s preparing to cast Frenzied Burst. You can catch him off guard and interrupt this attack completely.

Festering Fingerprint Vyke will try to put you at medium distance so he can jab you with his spear, or at medium-far distance to hit you with the Frenzied Burst or Flame of Frenzy Incantations. Get up in his face as soon as he spawns and start swinging away, because starting off this fight on defense will likely end in defeat for you.
Default to an aggressive playstyle
Your best chance of winning this fight is to get it over as quickly as possible, and you do that by defaulting to an aggressive playstyle against Festering Fingerprint Vyke. Hammer him with multiple light attacks, charge up strong attacks when he's charging up to cast an Incantion, and use jumping strikes. You can easily break his Poise, especially with strong attacks and jumping strikes. Once he's staggered, don't let him recover.
Festering Fingerprint Vyke Attack Patterns
Flame of Frenzy
This spell sends a shower of flames forth in a wide area of effect. Get back as far as possible because once the flames begin, you won't be fast enough to dodge them.
Frenzied Burst
Look for Festering Fingerprint Vyke to hold his head as he prepares to cast this Incantation. It's a powerful long-reaching beam that you'll only have a fraction of a second to dodge once it's released. Take the offensive when you see Festering Fingerprint Vyke charging up this attack as it's easily interrupted.
Howl of Shabriri
Look for Festering Fingerprint Vyke to hold his head before casting this Incantation (just like with Frenzied Burst). It has a fairly short range, but will cause Madness if you're too close.
Jumping Flame Spear
Festering Fingerprint Vyke powers up his spear, then leaps in the air and brings it down, landing with an explosion and covering the ground in flames. The descending animation on this attack is slow, giving you the chance to run behind and hit him with a back strike.
Spear Lunge
Festering Fingerprint Vyke lowers his head, then charges forward with a powerful lunge. This attack leaves him vulnerable for about a second after it finishes.
Spear Slash
A basic swipe that Festering Fingerprint Vyke will employ, usually only when you've taken the offensive. Easily blocked with a shield, or falling back and giving you a chance to recover stamina.
Driving Spear Jab
Festering Fingerprint Vyke will lower his head and get a running start, driving his spear forward in a motion that will strike multiple times and cause Madness if not avoided. The first two sustained hits will chip your health down, but the next jab that lands will take a large chunk of health and likely induce Madness.
Evergaol Encounter
Vyke can also be encountered as Vyke, Knight of the Roundtable in an Evergaol in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
