Fire Knight Queelign's questline starts by encountering him in an invasion twice. You can go to these locations in any order, but you need to defeat him in both encounters to get the Prayer Room Key.
The items that Queelign will drop on each encounter is interchangeable and will depend on the order of events. The first encounter always rewards the Crusade Insignia talisman, while the second rewards the Flame Skewer and Prayer Room Key.
Church of Crusade is located on the west side of Scadu Altus. This area is only accessible after defeating Rellana and exiting Castle Ensis by heading north.
Queelign will immediately invade as soon as you enter the church, and defeating him in this encounter rewards you with the Crusade Insignia talisman.
Queelign's invasion in Belurat, Tower Settlement is found northeast of the Small Private Altar site of grace.
Fast travel here and exit through the north door. Once you're outside, you should see some stairs to your left and a straight path to your right. Turn right and follow this path until you reach a plaza where Queelign will invade again.
Emerging victorious once again will reward you with the Flame Skewer ash of war and the Prayer Room Key.

Iris of Grace | Fire Knight Queelign Spirit Ash |
Iris of Occultation | Queelign's Greatsword |
There are two Irises that you can possibly give to Queelign to complete his questline. Each Iris yields a different reward, but you can only obtain one reward from Queelign as he will disappear after his story's conclusion.
If you really want the other reward, you will have to complete the base game's main story and start Queelign's quest all over in New Game+.
Iris | Reward |
---|---|
Iris of Grace | Swordhand of Night Jolan Spirit Ash |
Iris of Occultation | Sword of Night |
One of the irises can also be given to Jolan in her questline, which also rewards either an ash of war or a weapon.
