Focusing entirely on completing dungeons and questlines needed to reach the final boss will take around 30 hours to do.
However, if you decide to explore every region and dungeons within, as well as complete all the NPC questlines and achieve all endings, you will be playing Elden Ring for more than 100 hours.
Similar to the Souls games, there are no difficulty settings in Elden Ring, pushing the players to overcome challenges through skill and character upgrades.
