Elden Lord | Age of the Stars | Lord of Frenzied Flame |
The Elden Lord ending is achieved by Mending the Elden Ring at Fractured Marika. The variation of the Elden Lord ending depends on which Rune you decide to use for the mending.
The Elden Lord ending can easily be achieved so long as you haven't met with the Three Fingers, as this will trigger the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending. There is a way to exit the Lord of Frenzied Flame route, but it requires finishing Millicent's questline and defeating Malenia, Blade of Miquella in order to obtain Miquella's Needle.

The Elden Lord ending can still be seen even after completing Ranni's questline. Just make sure you interact with Fractured Marika. Achieving the Age of the Stars ending requires you to summon Ranni after defeating the final boss.

Age of Fracture → Normal ending |
Age of Duskborn → Complete Fia's questline |
Blessing of Despair → Complete Dung Eater's questline |
Age of Order → Complete Corhyn's questline |
The first branch of the Elden Lord ending, the Age of Fracture, is the actual normal ending. You can unlock this by defeating the final boss and choosing the "Mend the Elden Ring" option, which is available without completing any special tasks or specific questlines.
The second variation of the Elden Lord ending, the Age of Duskborn, is obtained by completing Fia's questline, which rewards you with the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince at the end. Use this Mending Rune after defeating the final boss, instead of the normal "Mend the Elden Ring" option, to see the Age of Duskborn.
The Blessing of Despair is another branch of the Elden Lord ending, and can only be obtained by completing the Dung Eater's questline. Give the Dung Eater five Seedbed Curses to receive the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse and use it after beating the final boss to see the Blessing of Despair ending.

The Age of Order branch of the Elden Lord ending is obtained by completing Corhyn's questline. Complete the questline to receive the Mending Rune of Perfect Order and use it after beating the final boss to see the Age of Order.
