Scadutree Chalice Location and Walkthrough

Scadutree Chalice is a location in Elden Ring DLC Shadow of the Erdtree where you can find five Scadutree Fragments. Read on how to get to the Scadutree Chalice, its location on the map, and its obtainable items.

How to Get to the Scadutree Chalice

To get to Scadutree Chalice, you will first need to make it to the Shadow Keep Back Gate Site of Grace and have defeated Commander Gaius. The chalice is located at the northernmost section of the area from the site of grace.

The back of Shadow Keep is only accessible through an alternate area in the Specimen Storehouse. Reach this alternate area of the storehouse by going through the Church District.

Go Through the Church District

	Church District
1	Reach the Shadow Keep Back Gate Site of Grace by reaching the east section of Scadu Atlus starting from the Moorth Ruins. You will need to go through an underground path in Moorth Ruins leading to Bonny Village, and then following the path east then north to the Church District Highroad. The entrance to an alternate section of the Shadow Keep is at the northwest of that site of grace.
2	From the Church District Entrance Site of Grace, make your away across the flood by crossing the platforms going west. Reach the roof of the cathedral at the end.
3	From the roof of the cathedral, head forward until the end. Watch out for the Fire Knight appearing on the other side of the roof.
4	Near the end of the roof, jump on the ledge leading to another, higher roof with a hole you can jump into.
5	At the hole, drop down and follow the path to the floor with a large hole across.
6	Drop down the large hole and then head into the hallway in front. Watch out for the Fire Knight coming in from the other side.
7	Follow the path down the hallway until you reach another fork with a Fire Knight. Take the exit on the left to reach the elevator that takes you to the back section of the Specimen Storehouse.
8	Ride the elevator going up to the back section of the Specimen Storehouse.

9	From the Specimen Storehouse Back Section Site of Grace, head forward and look for a ladder.
10	Climb the tall ladder up to the upper floors of the storehouse.
11	After reaching the top of the ladder, a Fire Knight will be in front of you. You can take care of this enemy or stealthily go to the right and head up the stairs to the next floor.
12	At the stop of the stairs, head behind the bookshelves and proceed forward until you find a hole on the right.
13	Exit through the hole in the wall and go right.
14	Follow the path up until you reach the Storehouse Loft Site of Grace.
15	From the Storehouse Loft Site of Grace, take the nearby elevator that takes you to an upper area.
16	After reaching the upper area via elevator, follow the path to the left, navigating through the narrow beams. Reach for the ladder at the other end and climb up.
17	Navigate the beams carefully again and reach for the cog platform nearby. Jump onto the cog and then to the other beam afterward.
18	From here, go right and then follow the path left until you reach another ladder that will let you climb down to the lower area. Below, take the nearby exit.
19	After taking the exit, look to the right and take the small elevator going down.
20	Head forward until you see a platform with a square elevator. Take this elevator to get to the Shadow Keep Back Gate.
21	Once at the bottom, head forward and claim the site of grace. The archway in front leads to the boss arena of Commander Gaius. The room to the right of the site of grace leads to a statue covering a hidden passage to Hinterland. The O Mother Gesture must be performed in front of the statue to reveal the passage.

22	Defeat Commander Gaius at the Shadow Keep Back Gate.
23	After defeating Gaius, the Scaduview Site of Grace will be unlocked. Proceed north of it to reach the Scadutree Chalice.
24	Along the way, you can obtain Gaius's Greaves by defeating a wolf rider at the nearby Albinauric's Shack to the west.
25	Behind the large structure at the north will be the Scadutree Chalice. You can go through the archway at the center to reach the back.
26	At the Scadutree Chalice, Five Scadutree Fragments can be found close together for gathering.

Scadutree Chalice Blessed Bone Shard

A Blessed Bone Shard can be picked up from a bone pile at the back-left of the chalice.

Blessed Bone Shards are used to craft the consumables Festive Grease, Sunwarmth Stone, and Golden Vow.

Defeat Commander Gaius in Scaduview

Commander Gaius must be defeated in order to access the Scaduview Site of Grace and the path to the Scadutree Chalice north of it.

Defeating Commander Gaius rewards the Remembrance of the Wild Boar which you can give to Enia at the Roundtable Hold for either the Sword Lance heavy thrusting sword or the Blades of Stone sorcery.
