In order to get to Deeproot Depths, you must defeat the two Valiant Gargoyles in Siofra Aqueduct. Interact with the coffin near the boss area's Site of Grace to be transported to Deeproot Depths.

Head westward and traverse across giant tree roots till you reach a Site of Grace. From there, head north. The map fragment can be collected from a body in a gazebo.

Deeproot Depths Dungeons and Points of Interest

Dungeons and Points of interest are landmarks on the map that may contain different things: Enemies and bosses, crafting and upgrade materials, rare items, skills and equipments, NPCs, or Sites of Grace.

Fia's Arena

Before you can speak to Fia, you will need to defeat her champions. This will be a series of battles where you fight enemies similar to NPC invaders. In total, there will be 5 enemies to fight before you can speak to Fia.

Defeating all 5 attackers will reward you with a new sorcery spell called Fia's Mist. When cast, this spell builds up the Death status effect that can insta-kill players when the bar is full.

Walking Mausoleum

There is a Walking Mausoleum that can be found here. You will need to get to higher ground in order to reach the white barnacles on its head. Fortunately there's several high branches around it that can you use Torrent to reach.

Prince of Death's Staff

Looted from a corpse in one of the towers in Deeproot Depths. From the Nameless Eternal City Site of Grace, trace the root leading upward that is guarded by gargoyles until you encounter a branching path with a perfume-breathing gargoyle.

Head left down to the lower branch then proceed forward. Head left on the final turn available which leads to a tower with a corpse in it. The corpse can be looted for the staff.

Prince of Death's Cyst

The Prince of Death's Cyst is dropped by a Lesser Runebear in a small cave hidden behind a waterfall to the northeast of the Deeproot Depths Site of Grace.

Elden Stars

You can obtain the Elden Stars incantation from a corpse in a small cave in Deeproot Depths. The corpse is located in small cave guarded by giant ants.

Deeproot Depths Scarabs

Teardrop Scarabs are scurrying little creatures that carry rare and useful items and skills. Crimson and Cerulean Scarabs restore either your HP or FP. Make sure to defeat them before they run away and disappear!

Deeproot Depths Sacred Tears and Golden Seeds

Sacred Tears increase the potency of your Flasks, while Golden Seeds increase your Flask's number of uses. These are two very useful bolstering items that will help keep you alive longer.
