Demi-Human Queen Gilika can be found below the Lux Ruins, in Altus Plateau. You'll spot an entrance in the area with a staircase going down.

Demi-Human Queen Gilika is one of the easier bosses in Altus Plateau and is extremely near the region's entrance. You can opt to fight her immediately upon reaching the region.
Make sure to enter the room in the boss area that opens up after beating Gilika. There will be a chest containing the Ritual Sword Talisman.

The safest strategy for this fight will be to wait for Gilika to finish any of her combos or attacks before you start hitting her. Those will be the most opportune moments since this boss takes a while to recover after a moveset, leaving her open to your attacks. You'll eventually be able to stagger her due to her low poise.
Rolling into Gilika's attacks will be more useful than blocking them with a shield since you'll often end up behind her. This leaves her vulnerable and open for you to strike her freely, even if she's in the middle of a combo. Rolling instead of blocking will also conserve more stamina for you.

Gilika is vulnerable to all Status Effects, but she's particularly weak to Scarlet Rot and Poison since these will build up quickly. Slash and Fire attacks will also deal increased damage.
If you don't have those weapon types, you can also coat yours in Rot Grease, Poison Grease, or Fire Grease.
