Lamentor's Gaol is found in the Southern Shore region of the Realm of Shadow.

The Gaol Upper Level Key is a Key item that can be found on a chest inside the room just before the thin bridge at the start of the dungeon. Head back to the locked gate at the beginning to progress further into the dungeon.
The Gaol Lover Level Key can be found on a chest in the room full of Living Jars. After unlocking the first gate, head for the room above and progress up the top of the stairs to find the Living Jar room.

The Chilling Perfume Bottle is one of the new Perfume Bottle weapon types introduced in the Elden Ring DLC. This scales very well with Dexterity/Intelligence users and can apply frost buildup.

Clarifying Horn Charm +2 is a new talisman that vastly raises focus. Focus is a stat that affects your sleep and madness resistance, making it harder for enemies to proc them on you.

The Lamenter's Mask is a Reusable Item that transforms you into a lamenter and enlarges your head. This is dropped by the Lamenter after defeating him at the end of the dungeon.
Keep in mind that using this item requires you to remove all your armor and transforms you permanently until you die.
The Lamenter is a straightforward optional boss that can summon multiple clones of himself. Defeat him to obtain the reusable item, Lamenter's Mask.
