How to Get Dragon Incantations

Exchanging Dragon Hearts at Dragon Communion

Church of Dragon Communion

All of the Dragon Incantations, except Placidusax's Ruin, can be learned by exchanging them for Dragon Hearts. Starter dragon incantations can be learned by heading to the Church of Dragon Communion, while more advanced ones can be learned at the Cathedral of Dragon Communion.

Some dragon incantations will require you to defeat boss-type dragons to be able to unlock more incantations at the Communion.

Exchanging Rememberance for an Incantations

Elden Ring - Can be Exchanged for Rememberance
Placidusax's Ruin can be obtained by defeating Dragonlord Placidusax at the Crumbling Farum Azula and exchanging his Remembrance to Enia, the Finger Reader at the Roundtable Hold.

Like all other incantations, you must equip a Sacred Seal to use Dragon Incantations. It's recommended to use the Dragon Communion Seal as this sacred seal enhances Dragon communion incantations.

To be able to use Dragon Incantations, you need to commit points to your Faith and Arcane stat, as it requires both to use it. If you happen to be late in the game already, you can choose to respec and allocate your stats to faith and arcane.
