She was the daughter of the Black Knife Ringleader, Alecto, and was killed protecting her mother during their flight from the royal capital.

Use the Cerulean Hidden Tear to Bypass FP Cost

Black Knife Tiche has a hefty 132 FP Cost, which is often out of reach unless running a dedicated sorcery or incantation build. You can bypass this by drinking a Wonderous Physick mixed with the Cerulean Hidden Tear.

This physick tear eliminates FP cost for 15 seconds, which is just enough time for you to summon Black Knife Tiche.
