Madding Hand is obtained by defeating the hostile NPC Madding Hand in the Abyssal Woods.

Only Available in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

The Madding Hand is only available if you've purchased the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This weapon is a DLC exclusive and will not be available if you only own the base game.
