The Flame of Frenzy Lore

Lore Description
"Incantation originating from the maddening Three Fingers.

Causes the yellow flame of frenzy to burst forth from the caster's eyes. Charing increases the range of the burst.

The flame of frenzy deals damage and causes buildup of madness. This incantation also causes buildup of madness in the caster, and is only effective against Tarnished."

The Flame of Frenzy Effect

The Flame of Frenzy is an incantation that allows the caster to burst forth a yellow flame of frenzy out from their eyes. Charging the incantation allows one to increase the range of the burst at the cost of longer activation time.

The Flame of Frenzy can be found by examining a spot of glowing light in the ruins of Callu Baptismal Church in Weeping Peninsula.

How to Use The Flame of Frenzy

Do Not Spam The Flame of Frenzy

Every use of The Flame of Frenzy builds up certain amount of Madness. When this bar gets filled and you suffer from Madness, you will lose both HP and FP. It would be wise to stay aware of the bar while you're casting this spell to avoid being afflicted with Madness.

Use Against Mobs or Large Enemies

The Flame of Frenzy
Do not use this spell against small single targets. The Flame of Frenzy is best used when facing a single large opponent or multiple small opponents that are directly in front of you.

This spell works especially well against large enemies at close range, since their size will cause them to take multiple hits from the spell.
