Upcoming Patch Details

• A so-called "Chonky Patch" will be arriving sometime before Season 1.
• This patch will allow Sigils will warp you directly to the associated Nightmare Dungeon.
• Nightmare Dungeon EXP rewards will be buffed as well.

Season Details

• A Livestream is coming in July which will discuss Season 1 in more detail.
• Altars of Lilith and Fog will not be reset for Seasonal Characters.

Planned Bug Fixes

• An increased maximum cap for materials is projected to ship before Season 1.
• Disconnect protection will prevent hardcore players from losing their characters if they have the Scroll of Escape item, coming in season 2.
• Improved visual layering of Blighted Corpse to avoid blocking deadly effects below the player.
• Bug fix for World Boss Caches dropping with levels too high for the player to open.
• Bug fix for Barbarian Uniques mistakenly dropping for Druids.

Other Upcoming Features

• Changes to the effects of Resistance affixes to make them feel more useful coming in Season 2.
• Improvement of inventory system to handle requests for a gem bag coming in season 2, though no specific solution is certain.
• Some buffs and nerfs are on the horizon, including with regards to resource management, but with no concrete details.
• Looking into facilitating short-term grouping for players online as well.

Diablo 4's Community Manager, Adam Fletcher, has announced an upcoming livestream on June 16,2023 called Diablo 4 Campfire Chat on twitter and on their official news site last June 14, 2023.

Adam will be present alongside Diablo's General Manager Rod Fergusson, Game Director Joe Shely, and Associate Production Director Tiffany Wat to relay everything that has happened so far, and discuss future plans with the community regarding Diablo 4.

This livestream will address the team's celebration, thanking fans for the successful launch of Diablo 4, and discuss future plans with the community moving forward! Tune in to the livestream at 11 AM PDT on either the official Diablo twitch channel or at the official Diablo youtube channel.
