Mantle of Mountain's Fury Fixed

| ・ Fixed an issue where the Earthquake explosion from Mantle of Mountain’s Fury did no damage. |
Previously, the explosions granted by the new Mantle of Mountain's Fury Unique Chest Armor did not deal any damage. This has now been fixed.

The Hex of Whispers Witchcraft Power has temporarily been disabled due to the stability issues it causes. The bug is being investigated and a fix be deployed in a later patch.
