Diablo 4 - October 11 Hotfix
The 2.0.2c Patch and Hotfix released on October 11 increased the Forgotten Soul drop rate and aims to address the Error 75 Login issue in Diablo 4 (D4). Check out all the details of the October 11 Patch 2.0.2c and Hotfix below.

Increased the Amount of Forgotten Souls Drop Rates

Patch 2.0.2c - Forgotten Souls
・ We have increased the amount of Forgotten Souls obtainable in-game. ・ Amount of Forgotten Souls increased per drop: 　・ Torment 1 - 1 to 3 　・ Torment 2 - 1,2 to 5 　・ Torment 3 - 2 to 7 　・ Torment 4 - 3 to 10 ・ Forgotten Souls are now guaranteed to drop off Dungeon Bosses, Whisper Caches, Lair Bosses in Torment tiers. ・ Increased the amount of Forgotten Souls dropped from Dark Citadel end wing bosses. ・ Added [Forgotten Souls] to Kurast Undercity final rewards.

Patch 2.0.2c - Forgotten Souls

・ We have increased the amount of Forgotten Souls obtainable in-game.
・ Amount of Forgotten Souls increased per drop:
　・ Torment 1 - 1 to 3
　・ Torment 2 - 1,2 to 5
　・ Torment 3 - 2 to 7
　・ Torment 4 - 3 to 10
・ Forgotten Souls are now guaranteed to drop off Dungeon Bosses, Whisper Caches, Lair Bosses in Torment tiers.
・ Increased the amount of Forgotten Souls dropped from Dark Citadel end wing bosses.
・ Added [Forgotten Souls] to Kurast Undercity final rewards.

Patch 2.0.2c boosts Forgotten Soul drops across all Torment difficulties, ensuring guaranteed drops from Dungeon Bosses, Whisper Caches, and Lair Bosses. The Kurast Undercity also now drops Forgotten Souls as reward in Torment difficulties.

・ Added Crafting Materials (including Forgotten Souls) to Kurast Undercity final rewards.

Completing the Kurast Undercity on Torment Difficulties now yields more crafting materials, with Forgotten Souls included as part of this patch.
