How to Unlock Text's Coda Quest

Complete the Prerequisites

In order to unlock Text's Coda, players must first complete its prerequisite quest, Narration Footnotes.

Text's Coda Walkthrough

Wait for Two Days

As soon as you finish Narration Footnotes, this quest will immediately pop up, asking the player to wait 2 days before continuing with the quest.

Simply pull up your in-game clock and set it to any point in time so long as it is the Day After Tomorrow.

Return to the Future Marquis' Abode-to-Be

By this point, you will receive a Quest Marker, asking you to return to the Future Marquis' Abode-to-Be near the Maritime Express Teleport Waypoint.

Make your way there and behind the three chairs, where the pedestal for the Great Clockwork Key is.

Maritime Express Teleport Waypoint Location

The quickest way to get back to the Abode-to-Be is the Teleport Waypoint directly south of Constellation Metropole.

Simply teleport there to save yourself some time, especially if you had just finished the prerequisite quest.

Slot the Key Into the Pedestal

You will find a prompt by the empty pedestal, allowing you to return the key back into its original spot.

Doing so will conclude both this quest and the Narration Footnotes World Quest line.

Talk to the Three Clan Members

You can optionally talk to the three clan members standing in front of the pedestal, giving you some additional closure dialogue.
