Iridescent Cloud-Striding Stage 1

In this first stage of Iridescent Cloud-Striding, simply aim carefully and launch at the Jade Lotus Lanterns using the Golden Carp's Leap. You can jump and tether to these yellow-greenish orbs by pressing the special button or key (default T on keyboard)!

Make sure to avoid the Ominous Lanterns along the way!

Iridescent Cloud-Striding Stage 2

Coming in for the second stage, scattered throughout the gauntlet is the Cunning Plan: Crisis Adaption, which turns Ominous Lanterns into Tranquil Lanterns. Time your leaps carefully and score more points!

Iridescent Cloud-Striding Stage 3

In this stage, you will be introduced to the Cunning Plan: Pyrotechnical Amusement, which will give double points in your next Carp's Leap! Make sure to time your jumps so that you hit all carps with the Blazing Lanterns at once.

Iridescent Cloud-Striding Stage 4

White buffs called Cash Advances will appear once more in this stage where it creates limited-time Lanterns that will expire if you're too slow to collect them. When they appear, make sure to hit these lanterns at once as fast as you can!

Iridescent Cloud-Striding Stage 5

All lanterns appear in this stage, especially the red Blazing lanterns. Make sure to time your jumps appropriately and wait for such to stop in the middle of all Jade Lanterns to collect them all at once before jumping!

How to Play Iridescent Cloud-Striding

Collect Jade Lotus Lanterns Within the Time Limit

Iridescent Cloud-Striding stages consist of time trial challenges, where you must collect as many Jade Lotus Lanterns as you can in the trail before the time runs out! The more lanterns you collect, the higher your score.

Keep an eye out for Fireworks Lanterns as well, as they collect all lanterns caught in their explosion when you collect them!

Avoid the Green Ominous Lanterns

Along the path will be Ominous Lanterns that you have to avoid. These green lanterns deduct points if you pick them up, so be careful!

Fireworks Lantern	Explodes and gathers items around the blast.
Blazing Lantern	Explodes and gathers items around the blast, but it moves around.
Ominous Lantern	Deducts Points. May change to Tranquil Lantern.
Tranquil Lantern	Scores Points. May change to Ominous Lantern.
Cash Advance	Creates Jade Lotus Lanterns that may expire.
Crisis Adaptation	Changes Ominous Lanterns to Tranquil Lanterns
Pyrotechnical Amusement	Double scores earned temporarily

Use Golden Carp's Leap to Jump Great Distances

During the Iridescent Cloud-Striding challenges, you can travel great distances using the new mechanic called Golden Carp's Leap. This mechanic uses Adeptal energy to turn the player into a flying, golden carp that can go to a predetermined point.
