Well. I do hope that she can be playable and stuff, but like if she's dead then IDK. I mean, it's good to have new characters and stuff. She is confirmed to be former hydro archon, so she's dead, which means if she is playable then Hoyo verse/paimon/traveler somehow revived her from her death long ago? Who knows, I'm pulling for HuTao anyways. I'm on soft pity, so if she reruns, a F2P player like me won't scrape enough primogems to get her. Also, I only 9 have characters remaining lol/

She is probably the former hydro archon meaning she is DEAD and won't ever be playable
