    If you've cleared all the world quests then the problem is that she's doesn't have enough Jinni's Might (fuel). Go to a Jinni shrine and stand near it to fill her back up. You can tell she's fully charged when she has 3 pink feathers on her bottle.

    Same for me. From the tutorial i seems my jinni is stuck in the second mode, while the third is needed to dissipate the bigger vortexes.

    Is there any trigger to dissipate these vortexes? because i finished all the new world quests and it says that my Jinni doesn't have enough energy
