I would imagine this would be extremely busted on c6 kazuha with his anemo infusion, the buff he gets to his elemental mastery, his ascension stat, and his normal attack would function extremely well with this weapon for both a phenomenal support and dps kazuha at the same time.

So in general, Misplitter would be better for her since it provides both atk and crit dmg. Alhaitham, on the other hand, is a spread focus main DPS. Which means he rely on elementary mystery more than atk, so low base atk doesn't affect him that much. But if Ur ayaka has external atk% (eg Bennet buff) this weapon could be better
