How to Unlock Open World Matches

To unlock the first batch of Open World Matches, you must complete the Beginner's Tutorial Quest. A new set of Open World Matches unlock after reaching certain Player Levels.

What are Open World Matches?

Open World Matches are different NPCs in the open world who can be challenged to a Genius Invokation match. You can use the Casket of Tomes to locate these Character Players on the map.

Increase Player Level for more Open World Matches

The higher your Player Level, the more Open World Matches you can unlock. Winning these Matches and completing the objectives give you Lucky Coins, Player EXP and Cards!

Adventure Challenges and Duels

Open World Matches can be divided into two difficulties; with Adventure Challenges being of a lower difficulty than Duels. Some NPCs only have Adventure Challenges or Duels, while certain NPCs can have both.

NPCs with both Adventure Challenges and Duels can have their Duels locked behind higher Player Levels depending on the NPC.
