Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is an early-access action roguelike horde-survival game developed by Games Farm and ARTillery, released on January 21, 2025, for PC (Steam, Epic Games).
Blending addictive horde-survival gameplay with AAA-quality graphics, the game challenges players to face Hel's endless forces, using unique abilities and attacks to ultimately claim the title of Jotunnslayer. Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel is a roguelike horde-survival game where players face the ceaseless forces of Hel. Drawing inspiration from games like Vampire Survivors, it challenges players to navigate expansive maps while fending off waves of undead using an array of auto-attacks, abilities, and passive skills.
As players gather experience, they can earn boons and upgrades from the gods, enhancing their basic attacks and unlocking new methods to combat the relentless undead. Each run is further enriched by in-game challenges, which introduce optional objectives that increase difficulty but reward players with valuable bonuses.
Failure doesn’t mark the end; instead, the game features meta-progression that allows players to strengthen their champions and improve their chances in future attempts. Through persistence and strategy, players can ultimately claim victory and earn the title of Jotunnslayer.
