Yes!! I said the same thing, Dave Wittenberg the English VA for Kakashi Hatake...that's who I think it is. Diluc sounds similar, but there's a slight difference and obviously Diluc VA is Sean Chiplock

I think the seiyuu could be Kenichi Suzumura..I'm 99% sure. I compared it when only trailer was on (that is, before the update went live) and it is very close. But I'm still not sure.
