    I've done this dozen of times, it never follow up with the rest of the quest, always o archon hear my call. If i offer food OR items, doesn't matter the item will be next to the shrine, but nothing will happen next days. This time i'm done, 3 month of daily farm, i finally got the daily again, and it's hear my call AGAIN. I did everything right, its just lock behind a random lock, no matter what you do, you've chances that it won't be the part you need. I got to the second shrine before it reset

    Whoever though locking quests behind random daily and nonguaranteed followup quests, I pray your wage locked the same way!
