It's multiplicative, so 300%. This is to balance out its use for all characters. Otherwise, characters with high ratio single-hit ultis would receive a proportionally much smaller bonus than characters with low ratio multi-hit ultis. Additive 50% Character A with 1000% x 1 hit ulti -> 1050% Character B with 100% x 10 hit ulti -> 150% x 10 = 1500% Multiplicative 50% Character A with 1000% x 1 hit ulti -> 1500% Character B with 100% x 10 hit ulti -> 150% x 10 = 1500%
Is the 4pc bonus percentage added to the base percentage as is or is it based on the base percentage and the added? That is to say, If the burst damage is 200%, and the 4pc bonus 50%: Is the final damage 250% or 300%?
i just tested my underleveled xinyan with a full set and she did 14k physical dmg with her burst
