    Super late reply but, go to the location where you first meet Manqu to trigger it. I was ready to pull my hair out cause I did everything already and it was my last ditch effort.

    It’s definitely in-game time based, I followed the tip to skip forward two days and it unlocked for me. I basically only have the prerequisite quests in Natlan done and I’m still in Fontaine with the archon quest so I think that is it!

    Btw if you're having trouble (and didn't read the first part of the guide like me) it says that after completing the quests, Lost in the Woods, Tales of Dreams Plucked From Fire World, and Shadows of the Mountain it will unlock :)

    Same but I started doing the reputation quests in people of the springs and it appeared halfway through the second one I think so its either that or in-game time based. I had the two accessible quests in children of echoes done too not sure if that matters!

    I did all the prerequisite quests, and I have done the recent Archon Quest, but this quest is still not appearing to me for some reason.
