i havent had once since like march last year. they really gotta increase the drop rate.
I do all four trounce domains every week and haven’t had a billet drop in over 2 months
I got 6 of these refined to R5 for Deluc and one for Noelle however did not get one for last 2 months. and doing weekly bosses ever week
Never seem to drop, like ever. And cannot be bought anywhere
I've been fighting Storm Terror, Childe and the wolf every week and not a single prototype has dropped. I think these things are a myth.

I picked it up after the sword cemetery quest but it didn't go to my inventory. Hard enough to be free to play with out the game taking stuff from you.
