    I don't think it's there because it doesn't work well with his playstyle. Venti already has a good crowd control skill and in many cases people don't build crit on him, you also have to normal/charge attack to get the cyclone to trigger

    Got it for Childe back when i first got him and now I just got Polar Star, and I don't know what to do with it. Might use it as a stat stick for Collei or Sara, but I feel like its wasted.
