The Regeneration perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | Regenerating in combat takes too long to start and regens too slow. Using Healing items are much more effective |
The regeneration you get can take awhile to start and regenerates slowly too. If you do choose to regenerate some health during combat you will need to find some cover and hunker down.
