The Epimorphosis perk has been removed as of Update 2.0. The 2.0 update featured a massive perks overhaul that removed, rebalanced, or completely changed every old perk from the 1.6 Edgerunners Update and Base Game.

| Reason | This is a nice quality of life perk, but is not necessary to have in the long run as there are a ton of healing items you can use. |
This has some use during the early game when you want to save your health items for when you need them. Later on, it is not all that useful as you will have a ton of healing items that can get you to full, can still be nice for convenience sake.
