In Sarjon Woods, head northeast across the water until you reach a small cave near the trees.
Enter the cave and follow the river flow. It can be difficult to reach the end of the river if you have low stamina. It is recommended that you equip the Zora Set to swim faster.
Continue following the river until you reach the chest that contains the Rubber Helm.

I found the rubber helm. I’m sending a picture showing the location of the cave entrance including map coordinates. It’s a river you travel with various monsters. There is a LikeLike near the end of the tunnel.
