To get the Fierce Diety Mask, first enter Skull Lake Cave by climbing up the tower and entering the hole at the top. The Skull Lake Cave tower can be spotted from Kamatukis Shrine.
Alternatively, if you have enough stamina, you can use the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and use the launch pad to fling yourself and glide towards north to get to the top of Skull Lake Cave.
Head into the cave while defeating enemies you may encounter. Keep going until you see breakable rocks blocking the rest of the way at the coordinates: 3363, 3334, -0127. Destroy the rocks and head inside.
At the end of the cave you'll find Stalkoblins, Stalmoblins, and a Stalnox. On the large rock in the middle of the end of the cave is the chest with the Fierce Deity Mask!
The Fierce Deity Mask is part of the Misko's Treasure: The Fierce Deity side quest. This comes after you complete another side quest, Misko's Cave of Chests.
You do not need to start the quest to get the armor, but the quest hints to the armor's locations. You can also get the Fierce Deity Sword after completing all of the set's armor pieces.
