How to Get the Well-Worn Hair Band
Found in Chest Down the Well Beside the Apple Tree in Hateno Village

Obtained in Zelda's Secret Well Near Hateno Village
From the Hateno Village, head southwest till you reach Firly Pond. Go south until you reach a house near the mountains.
Drop down the well to enter Zelda's Secret Well. Open the white chest inside the room beside the table to obtain the Well-Worn Hair Band.
Rebuy from Cece for 20 Rupees
You can rebuy the Well-Worn Hair Band from Cece in Hateno Village for 20 Rupees after obtaining the armor beforehand in the game.
You must complete The Mayoral Election Side Adventure first before you can access Cece's shop, the Ventest Clothing Store.
