How to Get the Mask of Awakening

Found in Chest in Thundra Plateau Cave, Hyrule Ridge

Go to Thundra Plateau in Hyrule Ridge

To get the Mask of Awakening, first go to Thundra Plateau in the Hyrule Ridge region, at - 2307, 0890, 0111.

Find the Thundra Plateau Cave Entrance

Once there, use Ultrahand to fuse together items to make a long object. One option is to cut down and fuse the nearby trees to make a pole.

Wait until noon when the shadows point north, and stand on the southern pillar at - 2271, 0872, 0110. Use the long object to cast a shadow over the cave's entrance on the ground. This will open the entrance to Thundra Plateau Cave.

Find the Chest to Get the Mask of Awakening

Jump down into the Thundra Plateau Cave and find the treasure at the end to obtain the Mask of Awakening.

Complete the Misko's Treasure of Awakening Quest

The Mask of Awakening armor piece is part of the Misko's Treasure of Awakening side quest that you can unlock by examining Misko's message inside Goronbi River Cave, located southwest of Goron City.

You do not need to start the quest to get the mask, but it gives you the clue as to where it is located.
