To find the Vah Medoh Divine Helm, go to the coordinates -3949, 3289, 0242 in Biron Snowshelf in the Hebra Mountains. Fast travel to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and use it to get there faster. The area will be cold, so be prepared for that before going there.
The North Biron Snowshelf Cave at the coordinates will be blocked by a huge block of ice. Use fire weapons or items to melt the ice and reveal the entrance to the cave. Head inside and look for the helm.
There are a lot of large rocks that need to be broken in order to proceed further into the cave. Be sure to prepare as much Bomb Flowers or boulder-breaking weapons as you can before entering.
Deeper inside the cave will be a continuous updraft at the bottom and multiple large rocks on the wall. Destroy the rocks on the south, northwest, and northeast corners to let the spring water out and open another room.
Enter the newly opened secret room and open the chest at the very end to receive the Vah Medoh Divine Helm.
The Vah Medoh Divine Helm is part of the Treasure of the Secret Springs side quest that you can get from Tulin after completing the Tulin of Rito Village quest.
You do not need to start the quest to get the helm, but it gives you the clue as to where it is located.
