How to Get | Cave at the side of Floating Scales Island |
Description | Zora headgear made from dragon scales. Increases swimming speed and allows you to spin to attack while swimming. |

You can get the Zora Helm by going to the Floating Scales Island in the sky just beside Mipha's Court in Lanayru Great Spring. The fastest way to get there is by fast traveling to Ihen-a Shrine and swimming up the waterfull or using Zonai Devices.
Once you're on the island, go to the northern end of the tail and look for a gap. Glide down and go inside the gap to see the chest with the Zora Helm.
The Zora Helm is a part of the The Never-Ending Lecture side quest, however, you do not need to start this quest to get the helm.

How to Get | Complete Restoring the Zora Armor Main Quest |

Description | Armor crafted by a past Zora princess for her future husband. Wearing it would allow even a Hylian to swim up waterfalls. |

To get the Zora Armor, you will need to start the Sidon of the Zora quest, which activates the Restoring the Zora quest along the way.
For this quest, you will need to give one Ancient Arowana to Yona so she can repair the Zora Armor and will give it to you afterwards.

How to Get | Complete A Token of Friendship Side Quest after finishing the Water Temple |
Description | These greaves have been passed down among the Zora for generations. It's been said they're crafted using dragon scales. Equip them to swim faster. |

The Zora Greaves is part of A Token of Friendship quest where you talk to Yona at Zora's Domain right after completing Sidon of the Zora.
She will instruct you to go back to the Ancient Zora Waterworks. Travel back there and discover that the water filling up the cave has disappeared. Head into the newly surfaced area to discover a hole that leads you further down the cave.
Once you've made it down, head towards the waterfall at the end. Behind that waterfall would be a hidden area with a chest containing the Zora Greaves.

The total cost of materials to fully upgrade the Zora Set to the highest rank are 9 Lizalfos Horns, 15 Hyrule Bass, 15 Lizalfos Talons, 9 Hearty Bass, 9 Lizalfos Tails, 15 Blue Lizalfos Horns, 60 Opals, 15 Black Lizalfos Horns, 15 Blue Lizalfos Tails, 2280 Rupees. You can upgrade these armor pieces by speaking to any Great Fairy.
