How to Get the Zant's Helmet
Found in Chest in Scorching Coliseum, Eldin Canyon Depths

Fast Travel to Katijabis Lightroot
Skip travel to Katijabis Lightroot in Eldin Canyon Depths which is located at 2400, 3276, - 0844.
The Sibajitak Shrine is directly above this lightroot. Use that as an indicator to locate this lightroot.
Go to the Scorching Coliseum and Defeat the Moblins
Go towards the west of the lightroot, specifically at 2209, 3110, - 0845 where the Scorching Coliseum is located.
Go to the middle to see a chest emitting a red aura. The Scorching Coliseum has hot temperature so make sure to equip armor with Flame Guard such as the Flamebreaker Set to protect yourself from the heat.
You will be locked inside the coliseum and waves of different Moblins will attack you. After defeating all the waves, the red aura around the chest will disappear and you can finally open it to receive the armor.

Trade 400 Poes at Bargainer Statues
You can buy the Zant's Helmet for 400 Poes from a Bargainer Statue in the Depths after getting the armor first in-game.

Equipping the Zant's Helmet will grant you the effect: Unfreezable.

Zant helmet is located in Scorching Colliseum, north of death mountain chasm. It's a 5 wave moblin battle, going up the tiers before finishing as all 4 together Is hot environment.
