Found in Chest in Lizard's Burrow, Eldin Canyon

Go to Lizard's Burrow

Lizard's Burrow is located between the two lizard lakes near Death Mountain at the coordinates: 2203, 3077, 0406. The cave is blocked with stone rubble.

Destroy the breakable wall with bomb flower arrow, use any hammer or utilize Vow of Yunobo's Charged Cannonball.

Go Inside the Cave and Open the Chest

Go inside the cave and make your way until you reach the end of the cave with the chest containing the armor at the coordinates: 2283, 2992, 0407.

Complete the Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes Quest

This armor is tied to The Hidden Treasure at Lizard Lakes side quest which you can get by talking to Bludo in Goron City.
