Launch yourself from Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower and glide southwestward towards the location depicted in the map above.

Alternatively, you could also teleport to Mayaumekis Shrine, the shrine closest to the Wind Temple on the Sky Map, and glide southeastward to reach the location of the Swallow Bow.

Once you arrive at the location, you'll find the Swallow Bow encased in the left glacier. Melt the ice by starting a bonfire or two nearby, or by hitting the glacier with a fire-based weapon.

Wait for the ice to melt to claim your Swallow Bow!
