Find and Pray at Your Sixth Bargainer Statue
After praying at your first Bargainer Statue in Lookout Landing and finding five more statues, you can get the Hood of the Depths for 300 Poes once you have found and interacted with your sixth Bargainer Statue located within the Depths.

You can buy the Hood of the Depths for 300 Poes from a Bargainer Statue in the Depths after getting the armor first in-game.

The Hood of the Depths is a Headgear that has a base defense of 3.
Equipping the Hood of the Depths will grant you the effect: Gloom Resistance.
It is a part of the Depths Set, and wearing the whole set grants the Gloom Attack Resist Set Bonus.
