Enter the Puffer Beach Overhead Cave

TOTK - Puffer Beach Overhead Cave Overworld Image

At the coast of Puffer Breach, there is a overhead cave near the rocks. Attach a Rocket Zonai Device on a rock and use it to go up the cave.

Continue heading deeper into the cave and you will find a chest that contains the Phantom Helmet.
