Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites Event Guide

Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites is a mini-game for the Waterborne Poetry Event in which travelers must shoot darts at moving pots in Genshin Impact 4.1. See the event schedule and stages, how to play the event, and all the rewards here!

Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites Stage 1

For the first stage travelers will need to shoot 35 Holding Pots, the challenge will be completed once there are no pots left or the timer runs out.

Travelers will need to accumulate a total of 600 points to claim all of the rewards. Below are some pointers to help you quickly acquire 600 points for the stage 1 challenge.

Make use of the Sleight Pot Effects

During the challenge, there will be special holding pots called Sleight Pots; striking these pots will allow you to shoot darts in succession. Make sure to hit these pots in order to break other pots more easily and quickly.

Throw Darts Into the Ring

Shooting your darts through the ring will double your score when you strike a pot. Make use of the rings to quickly accumulate 600 points.

You can always adjust your position to make sure that the dart will go through the ring and hit the pots.

Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites Stage 2

For the second stage, travelers must shoot 45 Holding Pots and earn a total of 900 points!

Here are some tips to help you quickly earn 900 points for the stage 2 challenge.

Use the Quaker Pot’s Explosion to Destroy All Adjacent Pots at Once

Use the Quaker Pot effect to instantly destroy many pots in a single shot. The points that the Quaker Pot awards and all of the pots that it destroys will both be doubled if you hit it through the ring.

Hit the Agile Pots Through the Ring

Agile Pots may move between places and give 60 points when hit. Try hitting the Agile Pots through the ring to obtain double the points and rack up points much faster!

Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites Stage 3

For the third stage, travelers must shoot 45 Holding Pots and earn a total of 1200 points!

Here are some tips to help you get 1200 points for the stage 3 challenge.

Prioritize Other Pots Over Consuming Pots

Consuming Pots is a new special holding pot that will come during this stage. Consuming Pots will absorb all other pots with which it comes into touch, preventing you from breaking them and scoring points, so prioritize the others first to avoid having them consumed!

Use the Quaker Pot Effect to Destroy the Blocking Beam

There will be pots placed behind a beam of blockings that you can destroy by shooting at the adjacent Quaker Pots!

Use the Sleight Pot Effect to Quickly Destroy the Consuming Pots

Sleight Pots can let you fire darts in quick succession, allowing you to destroy Consuming Pots and rack up points much faster!

Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites Stage 4

Travelers must shoot 50 Holding Pots and score a total of 1500 points for the fourth stage!

Here are some tips to help you get 1500 points for the stage 4 challenge.

Hit the Hiding Pots Three Times Before It Disappears

Hiding Pots are new special holing pots that will appear in this stage; these pots will move every time you hit them.

You'll need to strike these pots three times to break them, so make sure you find them first because they'll disappear after a certain amount of time without being hit.

Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites Stage 5

For the fifth stage, you can break as many pots as you can in the allotted time. To receive all of the level 5 awards, you must first acquire 1800 points.

Stage 5 will be a combination of previous stages, so attempt to use all of the methods from previous stages to collect as many points as possible. And because there are no restrictions on how many pots you can smash, obtaining the required points will be easier.

How to Unlock Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites

You must first complete Congenial Gathering quest before you can access Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites. This will unlock the Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites quest, which you can finish by speaking with Ting Zhi in Wangshu Inn.

How to Play Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites

Speak with Ting Zhi in Wangshu Inn

To play Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites, simply complete the unlock quest by speaking with Ting Zhi in Wangshu Inn. You may also choose Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites from the Waterborne Poetry events page, but it will still ask you to visit Ting Zhi before you can play the game!

Throw Darts at the Pots

The main objective of this event is to break as many pots as possible in the allotted time. To shoot darts at the pots, hold and aim the attack button. The more pots you smash, the higher your score.

During the challenge, there will be Common Holding Pots and Special Holding Pots shown. Hitting the Special Holding Pots may have different effects!

List of Holding Pots

Holding Pots	Effects
Common Pot	Common Pot is an ordinary Holding Pot that can award 25 points when hit.
Sleight Pot	Sleight Pot is a special Holding Pot that allows players to fire many darts in quick succession after being hit by holding down the throw button. Breaking this pot will also earn you 25 points.
Quaker Pot	Quaker Pots are special Holding Pots that explode when hit, destroying all Holding Pots in a specific area. All pots destroyed by Quaker Pot will count for your points as well. Destroying the Quaker Pot will earn you 20 points.
Agile Pot	Agile Pots are special Holding Pots that can move between two places. Destroying the Agile Pot will earn you 60 points.
Consuming Pot	Consuming Pots are special Holding Pots that will constantly move and consume pots that they come into contact with. Consuming Pots must be hit numerous times to be destroyed, with each hit awarding you 5 points. After striking this pot three times, it will shrink, and each time it shrinks, you will receive 20 points, and entirely destroying it will give you 100 points.
Hiding Pot	Hiding Pots are special Holding Pots that appear in specific locations after a set amount of time. Hiding Pots will move position when hit, and you will need to hit them three times to totally destroy them. The first hit will get you 20 points, the second 30 points, and the third 40 points. If you do not destroy it within a specified amount of time, it will disappear from the field.

Aim for the Rings for Double Points

Keep your eyes peeled for the rings that will appear during the challenge. If you shoot your darts through this ring and strike a pot, you will receive double points. This will help you significantly raise your scores!

Avoid Obstacles

There will also be obstacles that prevent you from hitting the moving pots. Hit the pots before they travel through these obstacles!

You can play Hundred-Pace Hurling Rites with a random Matching in Co-Op! You can have a maximum of two players in a challenge, and the scores required to complete each challenge will still be the same!
