Heart of Depth is not really that good for Tartaglia because he has huge burst damage when it vaporizes and it will probably vaporize. His hydro application is so high and half a unit of hydro can cancel out a full unit of pyro which makes his normal and charged attacks unable to vaporize. This makes his burst significant and since only heart of depth's 2 piece effect able to buff burst, heart of depth bad.
that desert domain is for nilou,dehya,childe and hydro mc.
weird to think this artifact only fit for childe currently... i thought its going to be like most demanding artifact when fontaine is released... idk like furina or neuvillette bis but its not......
Why is ND rank(A) lower than HoD(S)?
most of DPS Mona dmg come from her burst, so this mean you need to normal attack 4 times to get full buff which is clunky and not exactly better than 4pc Hod, 2pc atk + 2pc hydro. They're mostly equal imo.
I'm thinking about rebuild my Ayato (c0, Anemona R5, 4pc EoaO) with this set... I'll post my impressions (unless somebody tells me that this 4pc set sux for wutever reason).
How to maximize this set are similar with Polar Star (if you know Polar Star stacking trick, yeah its also can be applied on this artifact set)

How would it be for Mona?
Not good for Yelan since she doesnt scale from ATK. XQ's best set is still Hydro+Burst damage or EoSF if high ER. If XQ is main dps then this can be okay. Just pair him with candace for Hydro infusion.
This set should work with Xq and Yelan cuz their burst hits when they are off field, but Im not sure about it for 100% need to try it first. Also even if it works it wont be good for Yelan cuz her burst dmg stack with hp not atk, but for Xq it should be fine ;)
What about sub-dps yelan? does this artifact work even the character is not on fild?
In theory, I guess so... She does fill all of the four ways you can make stacks, so I think it would fit for a DPS Kokomi
What about dps kokomi? Could it be good for her?
