Yuften can be fought in an Open World Match, which means you have to go to Tanit Camps in Sumeru in order to find and talk to them.

Finish the Required Quest

After completing the Dirge of Bilqis quest, you can talk to Yuften in front of his camping tent to challenge him in a Genius Invokation round!

Yuften's Duel is Not Permanent

Once you've completed the Her Foes Rage Like Waters... quest chain, Yuften will no longer be in the Tanit Camps, and is therefore unavailable for a Genius Invokation Duel. If you want battle him against, make sure to do it before completing that world quest!

How to Beat Yuften

Use Overloaded to Your Advantage

Yuften's character cards are easy to defeat, as they are straightforward and simple. You just have to watch out for receving Overloaded reactions from them, which will forcibly swap your cards out. You can go around this by arranging the order of your active characters before starting the match.

Being forcibly swapped, although dishes damage, is a way to switch your characters without having to spend any Elemental Die. Depending on the deck that you'll use, you can absolutely use Overloaded to your advantage to easily defeat Yuften!
